If a template you bought does not fit the project you had in mind, you can get your money back inside 14 days of delivery. One form of refund, one process, no scripts.
Every order placed on WebTemps carries a 14-day refund window that starts on the day the delivery email was sent. Any quantity qualifies: a single $5 template, a hundred of them, or a custom-quoted larger order. During those 14 days I will refund in full, no questions I need you to pre-answer.
The cleanest way is to hit reply on the delivery email you received at checkout and write a line saying you want a refund. If that email has slipped out of your inbox, write to [email protected] from the address you used when buying, and include either the Creem transaction reference or the date and amount of the charge. I confirm the match and process the refund the same day where possible.
Refunds are returned to the exact card that paid for the order. Creem acts as the merchant of record on the payment and so handles the refund operation on their side. Once I trigger it, the amount typically appears on your card statement within three to five business days, depending on your bank. The USD amount refunded will match the USD amount charged, but the local-currency figure you see may differ slightly if your bank conversion rate moved in between.
All template purchases placed on webtemps.download at any quantity, plus any custom bulk order I quote by email, regardless of total value.
Requests made more than 14 days after delivery, and orders where the zip file has already been downloaded a large number of times and the circumstances suggest the files have been fully put to use. Those are reviewed case by case rather than refused outright. If you think there is a special situation, email me and I will look at it.
Please email first before raising a dispute with your card issuer. Direct chargebacks against Creem take weeks to resolve and the money gets tied up in that process. A refund I trigger here finishes in days.
