Privacy policy

What I collect, who processes it, how long I keep it, how you remove it.

Effective date: 22 August 2026. Applies to webtemps.download and every service I run from it.

1. Who is behind the site

WebTemps is a one-operator sole trader shop based in Australia. All questions about the data held on you reach the owner at [email protected].

2. Data I actually collect

Only the minimum needed to send you the files you paid for:

  • Your email address, entered at the Creem checkout, used to deliver the download link and reply to any support thread you open.
  • Order metadata, meaning the timestamp of the sale, the amount in USD, the quantity ordered or the specific SKU, and the Creem transaction reference. Stored against an opaque order ID in my internal records.
  • Support correspondence, kept for as long as the thread is alive and briefly afterwards for context.
  • Minimal technical logs from Cloudflare (IP address, user agent, request path) used short-term to defend against abuse and never joined to your order record.

What I do not collect: card numbers (handled entirely on Creem's PCI-compliant infrastructure, never touching my servers), behavioural analytics, cross-site tracking, device fingerprints, advertising identifiers.

3. What I do with it

Your email is used to send the download link after you pay, to reply when you write in, and to notify you about a refund you asked for. There is no newsletter. I never sell, rent, lend or trade your email, and I do not add you to any marketing list anywhere.

4. Who processes it besides me

  • Creem (Armitage Labs OU, Estonia), merchant of record on every card payment. Creem holds your billing details, charges your card, issues the receipt, remits taxes and performs refunds. Their privacy notice sits at creem.io/privacy.
  • Resend, the transactional email service that physically delivers your download link and support replies. Their policy is at resend.com/legal/privacy-policy.
  • Cloudflare, which hosts the static site and the Pages worker that handles delivery. Their privacy page is at cloudflare.com/privacypolicy.

5. Cookies and trackers

webtemps.download sets no tracking cookies. There is no Google Analytics, no advertising pixel, no social-media share tracker. The only storage on your device is whatever the browser itself keeps for the Creem checkout page while you are on it.

6. How long I keep things

Order records (email plus order metadata) are retained for ninety days after delivery to support refunds and chargeback evidence, then permanently removed from my database. Support emails are kept while the conversation is active and for about thirty days after it closes. Cloudflare abuse logs follow Cloudflare's own retention.

7. Your rights

At any time you may ask me to:

  • Send you a copy of what I hold against your email.
  • Correct anything incorrect.
  • Delete your records entirely (the right to be forgotten), which I complete within five business days.
  • Object to any processing you believe is not lawful.

Send the request from the same email you used at checkout to [email protected]. I verify the match before acting on it so somebody else cannot wipe your records on your behalf.

8. Transfers across borders

Creem, Resend and Cloudflare are global providers and may process the data outlined above outside Australia. Each one maintains its own cross-border safeguards (standard contractual clauses, equivalent-protection frameworks).

9. Security

The site is served exclusively over HTTPS. Card details never reach my systems. Access to the small order database is restricted to the operator. Download tokens use high-entropy cryptographic strings and are time-limited to 24 hours and three downloads.

10. Children

WebTemps is aimed at freelancers, agencies and businesses. I do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If a minor's data ended up here by mistake, email me and I will remove it.

11. Updates to this policy

If the practices above change in a material way, the effective date at the top of this page moves and (where feasible) a note goes out to active customers by email.

12. Jurisdiction

This policy is read under the laws of Australia and any dispute about it falls to Australian courts.

13. Contact

Privacy questions or any request listed in section 7: [email protected]. Reply within five business days.
